So I am hoping that my sister-in-law doesn't check my stamping blog very often, I am pretty sure she is busy getting things ready for the wedding, which is in about 2 weeks! And guess where it is going to be. Hawaii!!! Yeah, I am just a little excited! Anyway, I was trying to think of something I could make for them and right away, I wanted to do something with Decor Elements. Here is what I came up with.
I found this plate and stand at Home Goods. Totally Awesome store! Anyway, with just the Decor Elements it looked a little plain so I added a bow and other accessories.

Decor Elements: Welcome Small Decor Elements (Chocolate), Dotted Flourish Small Decor Elements (Chocolate)
Accessories: Pretties Kit, Retired Ribbon
