Christmas is Coming!

I have been working on and off on this Christmas Chipboard Clipboard. Say that 5 times fast! I had this idea a long time ago and just got around to doing it. It was time consuming but A LOT of FUN and well worth the effort put into it. I also used my crop-a-dile on the clipboard and it went through everything! The Chipboard, paper and ribbon! It made me so happy! I added the pewter jumbo eyelets.

So this is a view of the back. I covered all parts of the clipboard with paper. I also added a "love note" sized envelope to the back to hold all the extra numbers. It turned out to be the perfect size. I sponged around almost everything with Always Artichoke Ink.

Here is a close up of the tree. I popped it up with Stampin' Dimensionals, but before that I covered the whole thing in versa mark and used iridescent ice Embossing Powder and heated that then I versa marked it again and did a clear EP layer to create more shine. I really like the result!
So this is the real count down to Christmas! Only 102 days! Better get working on your projects Ladies! I know I have to! Ha ha!

"Better get working on your projects Ladies!"

I'm offended that you think that only Ladies are reading your blog... some of us Guys thing your creations are cool too. Take this one for example... I'm not going to make it... but it looks cool. :)

Love it! What a great idea. Though sometime's something like this can be scaring when you realize how many shopping days there are left before Christmas! Love your color combo's on this too:)
