Bloggin' Sweets Up for Grabs!

My counter has almost reached 500 hits! I think this is mostly because I am always checking my own blog but anyway, to celebrate I wanted to give away some blog sweets. I chose Blog Sweets instead of Blog Candy because the name of my blog is "Sweet" Stampin' Mama, ha ha. That's clever, huh? So I am a little corny, okay a lot! I will be giving away a 8 1/2 x11 sheet of each of the New In Color CS papers for this year; the hostess set Riveting; and 3 yards each of black, ivory, light pink, silver, and celery organdy ribbon. So to have a chance to be in the drawing for this SWEET Giveaway, all you have to do is leave a comment on THIS post. Make sure you leave your name and what you would like see more of on this blog. I have changed the setting so that anyone can post on this blog you do not have to have a Gmail account.

Please, only one comment per person.

I will pick a random winner Tuesday Night.
Thank you all of you who visit my blog, I really do appreciate all your comments, I read every single one!

Hi Shawntel!
I love your blog-and I love stamping stuff, so it's only natural that I should comment! = )
I would like to see... maybe some step-by-step instructions for folding cards certain ways. Like for the card that flips around, or the "old lady color" (ha) one that the middle part pulled up...that's all i can think of. But I love your site and all the ideas! You're the best! = )

Hello! What fabulous blog sweets you are giving away!! I would love to see tutorials on your blog. Tutorials always help us "remedial" stampers out! Thanks!

Hi! I would love to see some ideas for 12 x 12 layouts. I am always trying to come up with cute layouts...but they all start looking the same if I work on them on the same day! So I would LOVE to see some of your sample work or new layout ideas!

Shawntel, don't give anything to Sarah! I love your blog and stampin' up stuff more than she does! haha! I think some scrapbooking ideas would be really cool, and especially helpful. I just want my scrapbooks to be amazing because right now they are not very good! Anyways, thank you! See you soon!

I liked your "Hey No Stamps" card and would be interested in seeing more cards made without stamps - it's something a little different than I see on most blogs. I'd also like to see tutorials.

Forget them all... I'm the only guy here who faithfully reads about all your creations in my RSS reader... I certainly deserve the paper more than the rest of them. :-)

Hi there...I just found you recently...cute blog and great giveaway! I don't ever ask anybody to do anything specific since I just like to see everyone's own take on their creations (esp. since I am usually stumped for ideas!)...

Hi, I'm Kathy Wheeler and a first time visitor to your blog. I scrolled through your past posts; nice cards! I like blogs that have lots of card ideas, also scrapbook layout ideas (I saw the pirate ones), and ideas and info about favorite products. Awesome blog sweets! Thanks for offering the drawing!

Hi Shawntel,
I have to agree with a few people, I think your blog is great.

Your work is awesome.

You know what I love - when stampers/scrappers give candid reviews on tools/products/places to buy things.

The use to have a magazine, I think it was called Scrapbook answers, and they used to give truthful reviews both the good and bad.

But, keep up the great work.

Thanks for offering blog sweets so we can celebrate with you :)

I really like the cards that you make. One additional thing I would like to see, besides just the list of supplies, is the "how to". Your card from regionals is great...but how did you do it? Thanks.

Good for you! I know quite a few of those hits have been me, too. I love all of your ideas, you're so creative. I'd love to see more scrapbooking ideas and techniques for stamping, since I'm a relative newbie to all of this. Keep up the good work, I love to see everything you do!

I am new to card making so any tutorials would help but they have to be quick and simple, time is of the essence... Otherwise I also like the idea of different 12x12 layouts for scrapbooking. I have been at it for several years and I find that I am running out of ideas... Thanks!

I love the cute brag book you are making! I also enjoyed seeing your photos from the fun time you had at the Chimney falls. You have a great blog that incorporates everything I enjoy viewing...beautiful cards, photos of family, and pieces of yourself so I can get to know you better.

I basically surf blogs to see the card creations. Since yours are always so lovely, I keep coming back. My advice? Keep em coming:)

Lilian said...

hi! i really enjoy seeing all your creations! :)

I would be happy to give you advice on improving your blog except I was honestly unable to find one thing to suggest. I love your cards, I find photos lots of fun, an occassional scrapbook page is nice, tutorials are great, and I love it when a blogger lets me know the supplies & stamp companies they used. There was nothing to improve! You even have blog candy.

I really love the scrolls you used on your Baroque Motif card and would like to see more scroll cards. I purchased a sheet of acrylic scrolls and haven't a clue as to how to use it. I love everything you create.
